Today in Room 7 we have learnt how to convert Percentages, Fractions and Decimals. We had to do a task where you had to figure out the percentage-Fraction and Decimal. At first it was really hard but then Mrs Raj helped us by going throught them and explaining it

For reading my group and I had to do a task for this week , and it was where we were given a poem to read and identify the key parts/words of the poem.
Haiku Poem
In class for writing We have been learning on how to make haiku poems. Haiku poems orginally came from the country called Japan, Rm 7 and I had to write a haiku poem about winter but you were not allowed to use the woords winter and cold. At first it was a difficult challenge but I finally finished it, and here is my poem about winter:

Bingo’s birthday
Bingos birthday
“Dad, what are you getting for my birthday today?” Bingo asked. Dad replied “Now honey that is not for you to know. “Fine then, I’ll just go ask mum”, Bingo Stomped off to find mum. But mum was nowhere to be seen, “hmm DADD!!!! WHERE IS MUM!!” Shouted Bingo. “SHES, UH, UHM,… GONE TO GET ICE CREAM”, Shouted dad.
“YAY ICE CREAM,” said Bingo. Little did Bingo know that mums going to get cake and presents for bingo’s birthday today, Few minutes later mum came home. Mum hopped out of the car and carried the cake inside with some of the presents. “I’M HOM-” but before mum could finish her sentence bingo shouted “YAY YAY ICE CREAM”.
Mum was shocked but laughing at the same time, “Bingo honey I don’t have ice cream” laughed mum, “WHA- dad said you went to go get ice cream” cried bingo. “No silly, I went to go get your birthday cake today and some of your presents,” Mum said, “Really?” said bingo.
“Yes really” laughed mum, later on, the day mum and dad went to go do some activities with bingo, it was finally night time and it was time to blow out the candles, “Happy birthday bingo, I and dad love you so much”, “Make a wish,” dad and mum said. Bingo blew out the cake and everyone cheered for him. They all sang happy birthday to bingo and enjoyed the rest of the night… The end
Learning how to use google forms
